HomeRunExpress is a participant in Yahoo's Customer Service Survey. During the checkout process, customers are invited to participate in the "Yahoo Store" survey telling about their shopping experience. Two weeks later they are emailed and asked about the quality of the products ordered, the promptness of shipment, packaging, any customer service contacts, and their entire shopping experience.
We are proud to be a "5-STAR" site. This is the top award given.
YAHOO SAYS: Many online stores have good customer satisfaction ratings, but those with a "5 STAR" Rating are the best of the best, with at least 95% positive ratings.
